Key Account Sales Representative | Shenzhen
Job Responsibilities
- 1.Communicate and sell with key customers, explore customer needs, and find potential customers to sell company products;
- 2.Develop the market, formulate marketing plans, negotiate sales contracts, and provide business services to customers;
- 3.Collect, organize and archive key customer resources to realize the development and utilization of key customer information resources;
- 4.Responsible for the promotion and publicity of key customers’ business;
- 5.On the premise of consolidating existing key customers, carry out in-depth development and diversified marketing work for existing key customers, upgrade existing key customer levels, increase user loyalty, and cultivate new key customers;
- 6.Participate in market surveys, competitor research, marketing planning, etc. around the key points and difficulties of the company’s phased business operations, and provide relevant market information and constructive suggestions for market development for marketing decisions on a regular or irregular basis. Timely feedback on market development and marketing progress;
- 7.Handle customer complaints, inquiries, compensation and other related matters in a timely manner and implement “one-stop” service;
- 8.Obey the coordination of superiors on management work, provide first-hand market information and service support for superiors in a timely manner;
- 9.Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
- 1.College degree or above in marketing/logistics management or related majors;
- 2.CET-6 or above, proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;
- 3.More than 3 years of sales or logistics industry work experience, those with experience in key account development are preferred;
- 4.Have rich customer resources and customer relationships, excellent performance;
- 5.Have strong market analysis, marketing and promotion ability and good interpersonal communication and coordination ability to analyze and solve problems.

Job Responsibilities
- 1.Mainly responsible for following up and handling orders for China-Europe freight train rail delivery, air delivery and sea delivery;
- 2.Receive orders and arrange booking, transportation, cargo tracking, customs declaration, settlement etc.;
- 3.Make relevant documents based on the documents provided by the customer, check and confirm various documents and enter them into the system;
- 4.Follow up on customer’s daily needs, properly handle emergencies, solve customer’s daily problems in a timely manner;
- 5.Cooperate well with sales colleagues to meet the needs of sales colleagues and serve customers together;
- 6.Maintain good communication with suppliers and service providers to solve various problems in a timely manner and improve service quality.
Job Requirements
- 1.College degree or above in international trade/foreign trade English/logistics or related majors is preferred;
- 2.Have a certain foundation in English language skills including listening speaking reading writing ability to read and reply to English emails;
- 3.Proficient in using office software with a serious meticulous work attitude sense of responsibility and customer service awareness;
- 4.Familiar with the operation of the international freight forwarding industry with knowledge of documents freight forwarding transportation and related import/export trade knowledge;
- 5.Candidates with FBA/cross-border e-commerce logistics operation experience are preferred.
